Chelsea Byom, CHIE is the Vice President, Marketing, Communications & Outreach at Santa Clara Family Health Plan, where she oversees the strategic execution of SCFHP’s marketing, communications, public relations, and digital and social media programs. In addition, Chelsea guides the development of community outreach and engagement strategies, including Medicare outreach and sales, and the SCFHP Blanca Alvarado Community Resource Center.
