About Ushur

Ushur helps healthcare, insurance, and financial services organizations use AI agents to complete complex customer journeys. Our platform brings together conversations, documents, and enterprise workflows so customers can get things done, from accessing health plan services to moving an insurance request forward. Security, governance, auditability, and human oversight are built into how the platform operates.

With the launch of the Ushur Agentic Platform, we are bringing a new generation of customer experiences to market. The opportunity is to make the value of agentic AI concrete for enterprise buyers: more completed journeys, faster service, and less manual work. You will help define how customers understand that value and why they choose Ushur.

About the role

You will own positioning and go-to-market execution for Ushur’s core platform and priority use cases. This is a technically demanding senior individual contributor role combining hands-on work with AI agents, market strategy, and execution. You will set the messaging approach, recommend where to focus, and lead agreed launches from customer insight through adoption.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will connect what we build to the problems buyers will pay to solve. Your work will help customers make confident decisions, equip sellers to compete, and bring market evidence into product and commercial decisions.

This is a remote/hybrid role. Our marketing team is based in the Bay Area (near Ushur HQ in Santa Clara) and Texas, so candidates in California or Texas have the option to work in person with teammates. We are open to great candidates in other locations as well.

What you will own

  • Positioning that earns a decision. Build and test the platform narrative and messages for priority buyers. Explain why Ushur, why now, and how we compare with other AI platforms, existing systems, and building internally.
  • Customer and market insight. Speak with customers, join sales conversations, and examine wins and losses. Use the evidence to identify valuable use cases and sharpen positioning, competitive strategy, and product recommendations.
  • Use cases with a business case. Translate capabilities into industry-specific stories, demo narratives, and credible ROI tools. Work with Customer Success to document customer results and with Product and Finance to inform packaging and value communication.
  • Launches from plan to adoption. Set the audience, narrative, readiness criteria, and measures for agreed launches. Coordinate execution with cross-functional partners, then improve the approach using market feedback.
  • Sales tools that get used. Create pitch materials, competitive guidance, objection responses, and customer proof. Help sellers address business, IT, and security stakeholders, and test the materials in live selling situations.
  • More than one path to adoption. Shape messaging and proof points for product-led evaluation, where buyers try the platform hands-on, and for partner-led delivery, where partners build and sell solutions on it. Use what you learn from both paths to sharpen positioning alongside the enterprise sales motion.
  • Hands-on technical ownership. Configure and demonstrate agent workflows for representative Ushur use cases. Test grounding, tool calls, integrations, and human escalation; work with Engineering to understand failures. Translate architecture, evaluation results, governance, and deployment requirements into accurate content, demos, and defensible product claims.
  • Evidence of impact. Track message effectiveness, field adoption, and launch results. Work with go-to-market teams to assess contribution to opportunity progression, win rates, and product adoption, then change what is not working.

What success looks like in six months

  • A sharper story. A tested platform narrative and priority use-case messages that Sales uses consistently and buyers understand.
  • Stronger selling evidence. Working agent demos, competitive guidance, and approved customer proof that address recurring deal objections, with clear explanations of architecture, limitations, and supporting evaluation evidence.
  • A repeatable launch approach. Agreed launch and enablement priorities delivered, with a shared scorecard showing adoption, field use, and what to improve next.

What you will bring

  • Enterprise AI experience. You have 7+ years in B2B product marketing, including direct ownership of positioning and launches for enterprise AI products, where your technical contribution helped drive adoption or commercial results.
  • Depth in applied AI. You can explain how LLM-based agents work, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), grounding, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation. You can discuss failure modes and the tradeoffs among accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost, including where human oversight is needed.
  • Hands-on technical ability. You can independently configure and test an agent workflow, read API documentation, inspect structured inputs and outputs, and use execution traces to investigate behavior. Basic scripting is a plus.
  • Excellent writing and judgment. You can turn customer research into a distinctive point of view and write the materials yourself. You know which claims will hold up in front of a skeptical buyer.
  • Independent execution. You prioritize, make decisions with incomplete information, and move cross-functional work forward. You are comfortable building useful first versions, testing them, and improving quickly.
  • AI-first execution. You have built repeatable AI-assisted workflows for research, competitive intelligence, launch preparation, or enablement that improved speed or quality. You evaluate outputs, protect confidential information, and apply human judgment. We are looking for workflows you have designed and run, beyond everyday chatbot use.

Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, customer experience, or workflow automation is especially useful. Career paths into this work vary, and we welcome candidates from different backgrounds who meet the experience requirement and can demonstrate the capabilities above.

Why join Ushur

The scope comes with an expectation: make choices, produce excellent work, and learn quickly from results.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
